Civil Law in America, A Minimalist Law Book is exactly what the title says. Each page takes a term and gives some information about the legal term as related to Civil Law in the United States. It is more a reference than a guide to our civil law system and I will only use it as a reference, as it was intended. It is short and to the point and in plain and understandable English, unlike most law references.
great resource book
This is the way all law books (and contracts) should be written concise and in plain language. Great read for anyone considering a legal action. Really enjoyed it!
